Cozy office with a gray armchair, colorful pillow, wooden side table, and shelves with books, plants, and decorative items.
A woman with wavy blonde hair is sitting on a gray armchair. She is wearing a green shirt and light blue jeans. There is a wooden side table with a plate beside her. The room has a minimalist decor with a picture frame on the wall.

Hi, I’m glad you’re here

As a fellow human in progress, I believe our greatest resource is relationship and the ability to connect with one another. It is often in the messiness of relationships we’re hurt, but it is also in relationships that we find healing.

Approach

As a therapist, I am driven by the belief that we all possess an infinite capacity for healing and growth. My aim is to provide a safe space for that work to begin.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Because each person is unique, I operate from an eclectic approach to therapy. From a whole-person approach we will work together to integrate all parts of self while exploring relationship patterns, identity development, personal purpose, and histories.

My approach is informed by psychodynamic theory, internal family systems (ISF/parts work), attachment theory, and EMDR and is both holistic and trauma-informed.
